User Experience Designers

We're looking for User Experience Designers passionate about designing simple yet innovative
software products for actual human beings. While having an appreciation for, and understanding of, software development is helpful, we're not looking for developers or programmers. An understanding of traditional design fields such as architecture, product design, landscape architecture etc is more important to us than direct software design experience.

Come help us pioneer a new path to designing and building effective software products. You will be part of a design team working in a highly participatory design process. This will require participating in community based events, listening to users and then using that information to thoroughly explore the problems before and tackling any solutions.

We're looking for people more interested in asking, and exploring, the right questions than finding a single solution. We don't have room for design rockstars or wannbes. If you prefer pencils over
photoshop, collaborative conversations over IM, questions over answers, then get a hold of us asap....

Ideally you live in Guelph, Ontario, however, within driving distance works.
